Casual Style lets newcomers to fighting games enjoy playing with easy controls executed by tapping and flicking the screen (touchscreen) and rear touch pad.

Using Casual Style
Set the game to Casual Style under Options to use Casual Style in battle (excludes preview battles in Challenge and Customize modes).
Casual Style and Character Controls
Attack by touching and flicking the touchscreen. Character movements such as jumping, blocking, and avoiding throws will happen automatically.
Control 1: Tap (Touchscreen)
Tap the touchscreen to launch Normal Moves, Special Moves, and Throws. The game will automatically determine which move to perform. This also works during jumps.
Control 2: Flick (Touchscreen)
Flick the touchscreen to perform Special Moves, EX Special Moves, Super Arts, Cross Arts, Pandoras, and Cross Cancel. The game will automatically determine which move to perform. This also works during jumps.
Control 3: Flick (Rear Touch Pad)
Flick the rear touch pad to change characters.
