You can multiply items you own or purchase new items from the Wycoon who runs the Wyporium.

Multiply Items
Give the Wycoon the item you wish to multiply along with some Caravan Points to start the multiplication process. Multiplying items depends on the marketplace, and requires sufficient Caravan Points.
Gratuity
When putting in an order, hand over Cathangea Seeds to increase the number of items you'll get back. Gratuity only lasts for the duration of the order, so make sure to put in multiple orders with your gratuity.
Sale
Sometimes, certain marketplaces will have sales, where you can put in orders for fewer Caravan Points.
Only snoozers miss a sale!
Stock
Continue to order from the same marketplace to raise the quality of their stock. The higher the stock rating, the more items you can get from that marketplace.
Trading Materials
Trade in materials you've picked up on a quest for rare monster parts you won't be able to find on your own. The number of tradable materials increases as you finish quests for the Wycoon.

Browsing Wares
Use Caravan Points to purchase items from the Wycoon. The item stock is refreshed every time you go on a quest, and there will be items for purchase that aren't available at the Market.
