Unintentional Multiple Purchases of Some DLC

A bug in which some customers were unintentionally charged more than once for some DLC occurred during the period listed below.
Purchasable content can no longer be purchased multiple times. Customers who were affected by this bug will be issued refunds and/or have their Fight Money returned at a later date.

3/18/2021 (UTC) to 4/1/2021 1:00 AM (UTC)

■ Affected Customers

Customers whose accounts showed they had purchased the following content more than once after purchasing the Season 5 Premium Pass.

- Season 5 Characters: Default Colors 3-10
- Season 5 Characters: Story Colors 3-10

Customers whose accounts showed they had purchased the following content more than once after purchasing the Season 5 Character Pass.

- Season 5 Characters: Default Colors 3-10

Note: Customers who purchased content on PS4 only experienced this bug if they used Fight Money. Customers who purchased the Premium Pass or Character Pass after purchasing the color packs are not eligible for refunds or a return of Fight Money.

■ Issuance of Refunds
As part of the 4/19 server maintenance, refunds for the amounts overcharged will be issued and sent to customers' Steam Wallets, and Fight Money will be returned to customers.
