  • By sending your Resident Evil remaster data to Resident Evil.Net, you will be able to access a comprehensive overview of your game progression.

     

    A chart comparing your progress to that of other Resident Evil.Net users will be displayed on the same page.

  • You can use the following methods to sync your data:

    1. Link your gaming platform with Resident Evil.Net

    2. After making sure your platform is connected to the internet, from the title menu select Options > Auto Data Upload > On.

    3. Play the game, and save your data.

    4. Push the "Synchronize" button on your Resident Evil overview on Resident Evil.Net.

     

    How to access your Overview: PC site

    1. Push the "Select game" menu at the top of the page after logging in.

    2. Select your platform next to the Resident Evil logo.

     

    Mobile browser:

    1. After logging in, tap the title logo displayed on the left of the Record Menu at the top of the page.

    2. Tap on your platform next to the Resident Evil logo.

     

    * Please see "Getting started on Resident Evil.Net!" step 3 for further details on how to link your accounts. * If you are unable to sync your data, please consult the "I cannot sync my data on Resident Evil.Net." question for details on how to make sure your data is uploading.

  • If your data does not update after you have synched, one or more of the following issues may be to blame:

     

    PPlease ensure that the in-game account associated with your CAPCOM ID matches the game you are currently playing.

     

    How to access your Overview: PC site

    1. Push the "Select game" menu at the top of the page after logging in.

    2. Select your platform next to the Resident Evil logo.

     

    Mobile browser:

    1. After logging in, tap the title logo displayed on the left of the Record Menu at the top of the page.

    2. Tap on your platform next to the Resident Evil logo.

     

    If you have confirmed that you are using the correct account, please make sure your platform is connected to the internet, and reconfirm the Auto Data Upload setting which can be accessed from the Options page on the main menu.

     

    You should be able to push the sync button on your Resident Evil.Net overview shortly afterwards.

  • Your game data is sent to the servers during the typewriter screen that is displayed when you save the game.

    * To make sure your data is sent correctly, please make sure your platform is connected to the internet, and reconfirm the Auto Data Upload setting which can be accessed from the Options page on the main menu.
