This is a battle weapon developed by Pullum Purna's father, Balba. We went through a lot with him, but now he's working faithfully for Shadaloo! (I have no idea where he is though...)

This weapon was originally made to destroy Shadaloo. However, thanks to the (forced) efforts of Balba, it now belongs to us. It's sure to come in handy in our quest for world domination.
Balba refused to perform the final adjustments, so we completed it at our Shadaloo technology division. It goes out of control sometimes, and it's learning of new moves is a bit rough, but aside from that it's an excellent soldier. And the orange wire frame-like areas are very stylish.

And now for a comment from one of my great mentors!

We created him wanting a mysterious character. We originally tried to create the wire frame look using textures, but when the camera zoomed in the lines would expand and everything would be out of sorts. Then we drew the lines directly, resulting in the current look. I remember deciding to draw the lines from the similar failures we had with Doctrine Dark's wire.
