Images of Necro
It's Necro, the artificially-enhanced human from Street Fighter III. He has the ability to stretch his body like elastic, and can release electric bolts.
We used the name "G.E.D." for him during development (pronounced "Ged"). Other names included "Elastic Master," "Elastic Man," and just "Rubber." We also had an image that went into detail explaining the shape of his long-stretched nose. His face has an expression that is sadness mixed with anger - is this due to a tragic past...?
