If you are using the PC browser site: RE Points can be used on the Unlockables page to unlock various items. Items are split into "Game Items" and "Web Items".
If you are using the Smartphone site: RE Points can be used on the Unlockables page under the Main menu to unlock various items. Items are split into "Game Items" and "Web Items".
- Game Items: Parts Chests, Gold, and other items that can be sent to the game.
- Web Items: Icons, Wallpaper, Diorama figures and stages, and other items for use on RE NET.

Parts Chests contain parts for use in the game.
The contents of each Parts Chest is only revealed when it is moved to the Transfer Box on the Transfer Items page.

The icon displayed in Raid Mode is the same icon you have configured for your profile on Resident Evil.Net. You can change the icon by selecting your username on Resident Evil.Net, then selecting "Settings" followed by "Icons / Wallpaper".
The game retrieves the icon when entering the Vestibule. You will need to relaunch the game if you have changed your icon on Resident Evil.Net, and would like new icon to display in Raid Mode.

You must meet the requirements in order to take part in Online Events
Requirements
- Your gaming platform must be connected to the internet
- Your gaming account must be linked with your CAPCOM Account
- The "Connect to RE NET" setting must be enabled in the in-game Options menu. - The event must be available
How to play in Events:
1. Launch the game, and select Raid Mode form the Main menu
2. Access the red door inside the Vestibule, and select Event Missions from the Deployment menu
3. Select one of the available events from the event list
N.b. You cannot join events that are greyed out.

The following events are available:
- Weekend Survivor
Challenge a Gauntlet composed of multiple missions. Try and clear as many missions as possible.
* Can be played only once each day
* Solo and Co-Op rankings are tracked separately
* You must own all four Episodes to take part in these events
- Invasion of the Huge Creatures
Defeat the giant creatures that loom over the horizon.
* Can be played only once each day
* Both players will take part when playing in Co-Op
* Certain events may require that you own a specific episode in order to take part
- Level Restricted Challenge
The mission for this challenge changes every week. Clear the mission using as low a level as possible.
* Can be played as many times as you like
* Solo and Co-Op rankings are tracked separately * For Co-Op, the lower of the two scores will be used for both players
* Certain events may require that you own a specific episode in order to take part

You must meet all of the following requirements in order for your data to be accepted for Online Events:
- Your gaming account must be linked with your CAPCOM ID
- The "Connect to RE NET" setting must be enabled in the in-game Options menu.
- You must remain connected to the internet when you play for events, and your game must send valid event data.
Important:
- Please refer to each Online Event's details page for information on the data you need to send in order to take part.
- Your score will fail to send if you are offline or if a network error occurs. Any scores that fail to send are permanently lost and will not be sent by the game during a later upload (this can also occur if Resident Evil.Net is undergoing maintenance).

Yes.
As long as you meet the requirements for a reward, you will receive the reward when the Event is over. As an example, if you ranked 95 for an Event, and there are separate rewards for achieving rank 1,000 or higher and rank 100 or higher, you will earn both rewards.

Online Event rankings are updated every 6 hours, and are not displayed in realtime (there may be a short delay before all of the rankings are processed depending on the number of participants).

Your score or rank can show up as "0" or "-" if you are currently placed outside the ranking limit.
Please also keep in mind that rankings are not updated in realtime, please see "When are Event rankings updated" for more information.

This error can occur for one of the two reasons below:
1. The game account you are using has not been linked with a CAPCOM ID.
Please link your game and CAPCOM ID if you have not already done so (see the "Account link" > "How do I link my accounts" question for more information)
If you are logged in with a CAPCOM ID on RE NET, please check that you are using the linked game account to play one of the supported games.
Please see "My game data is not updating on Resident Evil.Net" for more details on what to do if you are playing with a game account that is different to the one currently linked with your CAPCOM ID.
2. Your accounts are linked, but are not able to communicate correctly with one another.
Please try playing the game again after logging in to RE NET, and accessing the page below (the link is different depending on your platform):
Log in with your game account if you are prompted to (if you are not logged in to your CAPCOM ID you will be shown the "About Resident Evil.Net" page. Please push the CAPCOM ID login" button to continue).
If your accounts are already linked you will be shown the linked game account.
