[Fixed] About uploading data from Xbox ONE, PC (Windows 10 UWP) versions of Resident Evil 7 biohazard are not being reflected

Thank you for using the Resident Evil Portal. There was a period which some data sent to RE NET was not reflected in the following range. Our sincere apologies.

May 8th around 10:00 to May 10th 14:00 (JST)

PC (Windows 10 UWP) version： Resident Evil 7 biohazard
We have now confirmed that all the uploading data is reflected correctly on RE NET.
*Uploaded data containing game progress information not associated to the save data that was sent on the period of the above "Date and Time of Occurrence" has been lost. We apologize for your inconvenience, but you will need to upload again in order to reflect the same data.

We confirmed an issue that uploading data from Xbox ONE, PC (Windows 10 UWP) versions of Resident Evil 7 biohazard are not being reflected on RE NET now.
We are investigating the cause of this issue now and keep to post on the progress regarding this issue.
