[Restoration] CAPCOM ID Login Issue Affects Resident Evil Portal Services

During the following "Date and Occurrence", there was an issue with being able to log in to the "CAPCOM ID" used to access the "Resident Evil Portal" service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The service has now been restored and you can log in normally.

[Effects on RESIDENT EVIL PORTAL during this issue]

- Cannot register/login to RESIDENT EVIL PORTAL

* If you had been logged in before the issue, you can continue to use RESIDENT EVIL PORTAL with your login.

- If you are required to RE:LOGIN (re-authenticate), you will not be able to change the settings in SETTINGS

- Cannot perform Account link in RE NET

 

*Uploaded data containing "Resident Evil Village", "Resident Evil 2 for PS5/Xbox Series X|S" and "Resident Evil 3 for PS5/Xbox Series X|S"'s game progress information not associated to the save data that was sent on the period of the above "Date and Time of Occurrence" could have been lost. In order to reflect these data, you need to upload similar data again.
