About the change of Nickname specification

The following change has been made to the Nickname citation displayed in the Resident Evil Portal.

Before : Nickname in CAPCOM Account (set separately for English and Japanese)

↓

After : Nickname in the Resident Evil Portal (can be confirmed from MY PROFILE > SETTING)

*The same Nickname will be displayed regardless of whether it is written in English or Japanese. Also, depending on your settings, you may see a different Nickname than before.

Communication error (Error Code: UAP0001)

Those who use Safari: If you are using Safari browser, the "Resident Evil Ambassador Program" may not work properly. In that case, please use one of the following methods.

1. Change your browser from Safari to another browser

You may be able to continue using Resident Evil Ambassador program by using a different browser.
2. Change Safari settings

* This operation is not recommended by Safari, so please make your own judgment regarding the implementation of this operation.
For macOS(11 Big Sur)
- Uncheck [Safari]-> [Preferences]-> [Privacy]-> [Prevent cross-site tracking]
For iOS(14)
- 1 Select [Settings].
- 2 Select [Safari].
- 3 If "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is enabled, change it to "Disabled".
