Linking/Migrating IDs

  • CAPCOM ID is a unified account used to log into all CAPCOM's web services. Click here for a detailed overview of CAPCOM ID.

  • Yes. CAPCOM Accounts were merged with CAPCOM IDs on October 1, 2020, and both are required to use RE NET. CAPCOM ID for login and CAPCOM Account for using web services.

  • Please see this link for the procedure of merging your CAPCOM Account into your CAPCOM ID.

     

    Please note, this merger is not an automatic process, and you must initiate the merger.

  • Registration is required to log into CAPCOM ID. If you encounter an error when logging in, please contact support at this link, please include the error code you received.

  • In this case, your CAPCOM ID account is already registered to a CAPCOM Account. It is possible to carry over your CAPCOM Account information and associate it with your CAPCOM ID. Please follow the transfer procedure described on this page.

  • The CAPCOM Account has already been transferred to another CAPCOM ID. Please log in with the CAPCOM ID associated with the transferred CAPCOM Account.

  • We apologize, but in some circumstances, Xbox Live links cannot be transferred. In this case, please link your services with one of the following methods:

    1. "External account links" section of the CAPCOM ID Account Page.

    2. "Supported games & services" page of your CAPCOM Account.
