How the Discontinuation of CAPCOM Accounts Affects Users

You will no longer be able to log in to our online services with a CAPCOM Account.
By transferring your account to a CAPCOM ID, you can continue to enjoy most of our services. However, please note that Pawn Community will conclude on January 31, 2022.

CAPCOM ID Transfer Process Request

With CAPCOM Accounts being replaced with the universal CAPCOM IDs, we kindly ask that you continue using our services via this new method.

Accordingly, if you have yet to transfer your data from your CAPCOM Account to a CAPCOM ID, please do so before the CAPCOM Account service concludes.
(Please be aware that once the CAPCOM Account service has concluded, you will no longer be able to transfer data from it.)

Handling of Personal Information

With the exception of information transferred to your CAPCOM ID, all personal information gathered while you were using a CAPCOM Account will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy of CAPCOM Co., Ltd.
